I was born and raised in the small town called Yuma, Arizona. From the age of five, sports and an active lifestyle became a core part of who I am. I played a variety of sports—baseball, basketball, football, and even golf—but it wasn’t until high school that I truly discovered my passion for wrestling and mixed martial arts. There, I achieved multiple state placements in various styles and earned All-American honors in Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling. After high school, I joined the U.S. Navy, chasing new goals and experiences, but ultimately, my journey led me right back to combat sports. At 20, I found my way into an MMA gym, and that's where my professional career began. Over the last 10+ years, I've been fortunate to travel across the country, training with world-class athletes and coaches, and gaining a deep understanding of the sports and fitness industry. Throughout my career, I’ve made plenty of mistakes, and I’ve learned the hard way about consistency, training, and nutrition. Today, my focus is on helping others find balance and consistency in their lives. Whether it’s daily nutrition, performance training, corrective exercises, or weight loss, I’ve seen firsthand how the right approach can make a world of difference.
